Are pets allowed in all areas of the campsite ?
Yes, all pets are allowed and they must be kept on a lead in all common areas and on the pitches.

Is it possible to change my reservation ?
Yes, depending on availability (contact us by phone or email).

Do you accept holiday vouchers ?
We accept ANCV holiday vouchers for pitch or mobile home reservations (up to 50% of the stay).

What time can I arrive at my rental ?
Arrivals for mobile home rentals are on Sundays from 10 a.m.

Are sheets and towels included in the mobile home rental ?
Only disposable bedding covers are provided; linen and sheets are not included in the rental package, but we offer suitable disposable kits for sale, available at reception.

Is there TV in the mobile homes ?
No, TV is not included in the basic package in mobile homes, but it is possible as an additional option (see prices and availability at reception).

Can I rent a crib or high chair ?
Baby cots and high chairs must be reserved at the time of booking your stay, at no additional cost. (A €20 deposit is required at reception on the day of your arrival.)

Are barbecues available for rental ?
Barbecues are available for rental, subject to availability, at €2 per day (€20 deposit required at reception).

Yes, depending on the season and only by order to be made the day before at reception.

Yes, you will have access to a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. (Tokens are available at reception, and detergent is provided.)

Is there an optional cleaning package ?
Cleaning of the mobile homes must be carried out by you and checked before departure by the campsite staff (make an appointment at reception the day before).
A cleaning deposit of €90 is required upon arrival, and if you leave the accommodation without cleaning, the deposit will be cashed.
